About Pascale
Born and raised in Cap-Haitien, Pascale left her homeland at twelve as a refugee. That transition shaped her understanding of resilience and identity, and fueled a lifelong commitment to service.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Florida, she holds degrees in Health Education and Nursing with a deep conviction: healthcare is a human right.
